Revolving Warranty

For a low monthly fee of $11.99, a revolving warranty can cover your investment. This warranty is effective from date of purchase of your complete system. Any complete systems with PTZ controlled cameras or products require a $22.99 per month revolving warranty charge.

• This warranty can be continued for as much as 120 months (10 years).
• Covers manufacturer defects on the following equipment:
  • DVR’s
  • Cameras
  • Cables
  • Power adaptors
  • Power distribution boxes
  • Power converters
  • Transformers

All warranties must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase.  Contact us to initiate or for more information.

Simply Surveillance requires a 30 day notice of warranty cancellation for billing purposes.  All cancellations must be provided in writing via our contact page.

This warranty is only valid at the address provided by the customer at time of purchase.

This warranty does not cover any wireless systems or wireless cameras.

NOTE: Product warranties do not cover any damage due to storm, electrical surges, or vandalism.
